Learn to practice greater self-respect and self care regardless of personal history. Participants will learn how to politely confront others in a positive and effective manner aimed at improving the quality of relationships. Class will offer practical role-plays to address real life situations. Class taught by a licensed psychologist.Ages: Adult.
