This trail which begins at the Old Corral/Windmill picnic area, crosses BellCreek and meanders up Bell Canyon through rich chaparral and oak woodland p lant communities. The trail crosses Bell Creek, then south through the floodplain dominated by California Buckwheat and Prickly Pear Cactus. The areas diversity of plant communities and the trails relatively flat terrain makes it ideal for nature discovery and interpretive nature tours.
