

Aikido is a peaceful self-defense based on blending and mind-body coordination. It does not use strength but redirects an opponent's force and controls his attacks with gentle mental energy and centered, balanced movement. This is an ongoing program, including Aikido philosophy, basic rolls, techniques and promotional exams. It is suitable for women, men and youths of all ages. Students use their Aikido skills to enhance personal relations. 5-12yrs.
