Karate/Self Defense

United States Karate asics through intermediate skills on floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault. There will also be an opportunity for students to progress to a more advanced level. Class #235 is for 6-8 yrs, #236 is for 9 yrs and up. Int/Adv: Designed for students mastering basic rolls, cartwheels. round-offs, and walkovers. (Enrollment requires instructor permission card).
